Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase from CIci Luxe Boutique. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Please note: Refunds are not offered. All approved returns will receive store credit only.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unworn, unused, and have all original tags attached.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

Lost or Stolen Packages
CIci Luxe Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
For any delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:

The item is damaged or defective.
We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a resolution in the form of store credit or a replacement, at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges at this time.
If you wish to exchange an item:

Place a new order using your credit once your return is processed.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
To qualify:
