Shipping Policy

At CIci Luxe Boutique, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Please review the details below regarding processing times, delivery estimates, and important shipping terms.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days. During peak periods (sales or holidays), processing may extend to 5–7 business days.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.


Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping (when available): 2–4 business days after processing

International

  • Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days after processing (varies by destination and customs)

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may be affected by weather, customs, or carrier delays.


Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier.

  • If available, free standard shipping will appear at checkout once your cart meets the minimum order threshold.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.


Partial Shipments

To ensure the fastest delivery, items in your order may ship separately at no additional cost.
You will receive individual tracking details for each shipment when applicable.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates after the label is created.


Address Accuracy & Order Changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address (including apartment or suite numbers) before checkout.

  • We cannot reroute packages once shipped.

  • If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately at info@ciciluxeboutique.com after placing your order.

  • Address changes are not guaranteed once order processing begins.


Delivery Attempts & Signature

Carriers may require a signature for certain or high-value orders.
If a delivery attempt is missed, please follow the carrier’s instructions to reschedule or arrange pickup.


Undeliverable or Refused Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable or refused may be eligible for store credit minus shipping costs and any carrier return fees, provided the items arrive in their original, resellable condition.
We do not automatically reship undeliverable orders.


Delivery Issues (Lost, Stolen, or Marked “Delivered”)

If tracking shows “Delivered” but your package is missing:

  1. Verify the shipping address on your order.

  2. Check with neighbors, building staff, or safe-drop areas.

  3. Allow 24–48 hours for a potential carrier scan delay.

If still not located, contact the carrier to open a missing package claim, then email info@ciciluxeboutique.com with your order number and claim details.
While we are not responsible for packages after carrier confirmation of delivery, we will assist you in the claims process.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact info@ciciluxeboutique.com within 48 hours and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

We will review your claim and provide a resolution in accordance with our Return & Store Credit Policy.


Pre-Orders & Backorders

If your order includes pre-order or backordered items, estimated shipping dates will be displayed on the product page.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately.


International Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to duties, VAT, or customs fees determined by your country’s regulations.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
We cannot mark orders as gifts or adjust declared values.


Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain items may be restricted by carriers or regulatory guidelines.

  • PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses may require specific carriers and longer delivery times.

  • If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact info@ciciluxeboutique.com for assistance.


Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately after placement.
If you need to cancel or make a change, please email info@ciciluxeboutique.com right away.
If the order has already entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Seasonal Delays

During holidays, sales, and promotional periods, please allow extra time for processing and delivery due to carrier volume.
